Integrity Worldwide, LLC warrants its chairs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship subject to the limitations, terms
and conditions listed here. No other warranty, expressed or implied, by any person, shall be considered valid.
General Terms and Conditions:
· If a warranty claim is approved, Integrity Seating may choose to make available
to the original purchaser, a complete replacement chair or replacement of the defective parts.
· If the model of chair or replacement parts are no longer available, Integrity Seating will provide the original purchaser a refund
of the prorated amount of the original purchase price over the warranty period.
· The warranty period for chairs sold as "General Office Seating" is 3 years from date of purchase.
· The warranty period for chairs sold as "24/7-lntense Use Seating" is 7 years from date of purchase.
· Warranty is valid only to original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.
· Copy of original Integrity Seating invoice or valid warranty registration card is required as proof of purchase.
· Notification of warranty claim must be made to Integrity Seating within the warranty period.
· Normal wear and tear, considering length of time in use and working conditions, as determined solely by Integrity Seating, is not
covered under this warranty.
· Damage due to abuse, unintended use, use in excess
of manufacturer suggested weight limitations, transportation or any other conditions, which are beyond the normal and intended conditions
for which the chair was manufactured, as determined solely by Integrity Seating, shall not be covered by this warranty.
· Integrity Seating may require inspection of the chair which would require the shipment of the chair back to Integrity Seating.
· All shipping and transportation charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
