Integrity Worldwide, LLC warrants its chairs to be free from defects in materials and workmanship subject to the limitations, terms and conditions listed here. No other warranty, expressed or implied, by any person, shall be considered valid.

General Terms and Conditions:

·         If a warranty claim is approved, Integrity Worldwide, LLC, may choose, at its sole discretion, to make available to the original purchaser, a replacement chair or replacement component part(s). Installation of the replacement parts is the buyer’s responsibility.

·        The warranty period for all chairs from date of purchase is: five (5) years on mechanical parts and one (1) year on leather or fabric.

·         If the model of chair or any replacement parts are no longer available, Integrity Worldwide, LLC, may choose, at its sole discretion, to provide the original purchaser a different, but similar replacement chair, or different but similar replacement part (s), or a refund of the original purchase price.

·        Warranty is valid only to original purchaser. This warranty is not transferable.

·        Copy of original Integrity Worldwide, LLC, invoice or valid warranty registration card is required as proof of purchase.

·        Notification of warranty claim must be made to Integrity Worldwide, LLC, within the warranty period.

·        Normal wear and tear, considering length of time in use and working conditions, as determined solely by Integrity Worldwide, LLC, is not covered under this warranty.

·         Damage due to abuse, unintended use, or use in excess of manufacturer suggested weight limitations, transportation or any other conditions, which are beyond the normal and intended conditions for which the chair was manufactured, as determined solely by Integrity Worldwide, LLC, shall not be covered by this warranty.

·         Integrity Worldwide, LLC, may require inspection of the chair which would require the shipment of the chair back to Integrity Seating at Integrity Worldwide, LLC expense.

·        All other shipping, freight or other transportation charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
